EDUCATION

Embassy Blue Institute was created to engage in comprehensive marine education endeavors. Our Education Programs, many in the development stage, will serve as the central translational function for all of EBI’s conservation and research programs. They will include:

LOCAL OUTREACH PROGRAMS
Grade schools
Vocational schools
Universities

GRADUATE RESEARCH PROGRAMS
Partnerships with international academic institutions to provide a high tier research environment for scientists and scientists- in-training (graduate students)

INTERNSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS
Individualized training of college level and veterinary students who are seeking an intensive exposure to marine mammal sciences and conservation

SPECIALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS
Medical, behavioral and scientific programs for various professionals and volunteers requiring additional skills

EARTH SERVICE PROGRAM
A highly-respected, one-year program of work on conservation/research projects. Participants are selected from a pool of applicants according to specific criteria and by a professional panel.  Final selections are made by the EBI Board of Directors
